After more than two years of devastating conflict, the humanitarian situation in Gaza is more dire than ever. The ceasefire deal promises the release of hostages and detainees and an end to the bombardment and displacement. And it must also be the beginning of an immediate rush of aid to save as many lives as possible from starvation and disease.
